ESTERLY HALL

The meeting hall will accommodate 150 people seated theater-style. We estimate 80-90 people can be seated at tables. There are sixteen (16) round plastic tables, eleven (11) 6 ft. long plastic tables, nine (9) 8 ft. long plastic tables, two (2) banquet wood tables, one (1) 4 ft. plastic table and 150 padded stadium chairs.

A projection screen comes down from the ceiling and measures 68’ x 72”. There is a small stage and a full kitchen. The kitchen has a caterer’s entrance, a pass through to the main hall window, a stove (for warming purposes only) a refrigerator, a microwave oven, two (2) 60 cup coffee pot and a pot for heating water for tea.

There are hooks along the wall to be used for decorating purposes.

MEETING ROOMS

In the upper level of the building there are two (2) conference rooms and a private office. One meeting room holds up to 20 people while the smaller room holds up to six. The private office offers the perfect setting for a private conference. These rooms are available during our business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
